Frank
Gainsbury and Matthew Parratt, the two senior members of the Practice, have
between them over forty years experience of railway related projects. Both
were formerly employed at British Railway in the Quantity Surveyors office at
Croydon where they worked on major Civil Engineering and building projects
ranging from new bridges, signal boxes, new stations, train care depots and
refurbishment works.

Over recent years their experience has been reinforced following the appointment
to provide Quantity Surveying services for Train Operating Companies and a
number of projects at various London Terminals.

the need, whether it be to provide professional quantity surveying services to
clients or to provide quantity surveying support to contractors, F.R. Gainsbury
