Frank Gainsbury, the principal partner of the Practice is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), a member of the Association of Independent Construction Adjudicators (MAICA) and a Law Society "checked" Expert Witness.  With over 25 Years experience in the profession he has worked with a number of major London solicitors on a wide range of construction related disputes and civil litigation cases.

In addition to providing a professional advice service to Clients, Contractors and Sub-Contractors, the Practice is able to provide fully experienced support to solicitors and others in the legal profession involved in construction litigation and arbitration.
