SERVICES TO CONTRACTORS

 

An increasing proportion of the Practice's work is undertaken on behalf of Developers, Contractors and Sub-Contractors. A number of staff employed within the Practice have enjoyed a wide-ranging experience whilst employed with building Contractors and are able to bring their skills to good use.
Whether assistance is required to prepare tenders from drawings and specifications, fully priced submissions for design and build tenders or simply the preparation of quantities for "in-house" estimators to price, F.R. Gainsbury will be pleased to offer their services.

In addition we are also able to take on the full post-contract financial management of Contracts dealing with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers and the preparation of applications for interim valuation and Final Accounts.
